Information you provide
We collect the information needed to create and operate your account, including your email address, display name, authentication provider, and account identifiers.
- Care information you enter, such as baby names and birth dates, checklist items, progress, dates, notes, group membership, and sharing settings.
- Feedback, replies, and support messages you choose to submit.
- Subscription status, plan, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and billing dates. Stripe processes payment-card details; Qian Idea does not store full card numbers.
How information is used
We use this information to provide and synchronize the dashboard, apply access controls, support invited caregivers, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve product reliability.
Service providers and analytics
The service relies on Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for checkout and subscription management, Vercel for hosting and product analytics, and Resend for feedback notification emails. Google or Apple receives information when you choose that sign-in provider.
- Product analytics use fixed event labels such as destination, plan, sign-in method, and checkout status.
- Emails, user IDs, baby data, notes, and other free-form care content are not intentionally sent in custom analytics events.
- Qian Idea does not sell personal information.
Sharing and access
Group owners choose who can access a shared group. Invited members can view and update the care information allowed by their role. Remove access when a caregiver or helper no longer needs it, and avoid entering information that is not needed for the care workflow.
Retention and deletion
Account and care information is retained while the account is active and as needed to operate, secure, and comply with obligations for the service. Billing records may be retained by Stripe or as required for financial records. Contact us to request account deletion or access to your data; deletion from provider backups can follow provider backup cycles.
Security
The app uses authenticated access, database row-level access controls, server-only billing credentials, and encrypted network connections provided by its hosting and service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use a strong password and share groups only with people you trust.
Children and care recipients
Baby Consistency Dashboard is intended for adults organizing care. It is not directed to children and does not ask children to create accounts. Adults are responsible for having authority to enter information about babies, pets, older adults, or other care recipients.
